1. Definitions

4. Products & Delivery

1. Nature of Products: All products sold are digital — instant downloadable files, online courses, or access-based services. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated.

2. Delivery: After successful payment, digital Products are delivered instantly via a download link or by email to the address provided at checkout. If there is any delay or technical issue the delivery attempts and details will be communicated to the email provided.

3. Access: Access may be time-limited for subscriptions and courses or unlimited for single-download purchases as specified on the product page.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

1. Pricing: All prices are shown in INR (or displayed currency) and include the rates effective at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

2. Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes due on your purchase. Where required, taxes will be shown on the checkout page.

3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via integrated payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Netbanking, Cards, Wallets, or other third-party processors). Payment processing is handled by those providers — we do not see or store your full card details.

4. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the order will not be processed. You must retry or use a different payment method.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

Digital goods are different from physical goods. Please read carefully:

1. No General Cash Refunds: Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not provide refunds once the Product has been downloaded or access given.

2. Valid Refund Situations: A refund may be issued, at our discretion, if:

   • The product file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working version within a reasonable time; or

   • You were charged twice, or there was a clear payment processing error; or

   • You purchased the wrong product due to a technical error on our website.

3. Claim Window:

   Refund requests must be submitted within 5–7 days of purchase (or within the period stated on the product page) and must include valid proof (screenshots, order ID, email)

4. How to Request:

5. Chargebacks:

   If a chargeback is raised with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with the payment processor. Unjustified chargebacks may result in denial of future services. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you remain responsible for the disputed amount.

7. License, Usage & Restrictions

1. License: On purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal or business use as described on the product page.

2. No Resale / No Redistribution: You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly host the Products unless an explicit commercial license is provided.
